Hey y’all!!<\/p>\n

So this week has been INSANE!! Like literally, check me into the Psych\u00a0Ward, insane… Lol but it’s been a blast(:<\/p>\n

To kick start the week, we woke up early Tuesday morning to a crazy\u00a0storm that caused our neighbor’s (the one who shares a wall with us)\u00a0roof to collapse. We woke up to police cars, ambulances, and fire\u00a0trucks and all sorts of commotion outside in the apartment parking\u00a0lot. Rumor has it a tornado had touched down pretty close to us…<\/p>\n

😨🌪 After we saw that we walked around the corner and saw what the\u00a0other apartment looked like and the placed was completely wrecked.\u00a0Thankfully nobody was hurt! We were amazed though because earlier that\u00a0morning, we had awoken up from the storm and our building was\u00a0literally shaking and waving from the storm, but incredibly NOTHING in\u00a0our apartment had moved an inch! What a miracle(:<\/p>\n

So even though nothing in our apartment was harmed, but they had to\u00a0shut down our building due to the power being out. So we had to stay\u00a0with some members for three nights! The first two we stayed with an\u00a0older couple in 2nd Ward, the Yarns(: I love them! They have this\u00a0sweet little dog named Josie.. She came in and cuddled with me before\u00a0studies one morning I loved it haha we also got to stay with the\u00a0Merrick’s in 3rd Ward for a night and she took us out to breakfast the\u00a0next morning! They are so great!!! 😍 but we are happy to be back in
\nour apartment though. It got inspected and cleared to return on\u00a0Friday(:<\/p>\n

We got to see Michael and Teresa this past week too! It is always so\u00a0good to see them(: Ever since I met them I have felt the Spirit SO\u00a0strong about them. Both Sister Jorgensen and I were really nervous\u00a0about leaving because we saw so much potential for them but we felt\u00a0like we were the only connection they had with the Ward. Well, the\u00a0Ward had an awesome Father\/Son Campout this past weekend and we invite\u00a0Michael and his son Evan to go. It was such a great thing for them.\u00a0They met so many of the people in the Ward and we felt so much better\u00a0about us ultimately leaving because now they have real connections\u00a0with the members! What a tender mercy. I just can’t wait for them to\u00a0come to church!<\/p>\n

Last Monday we had another FHE lesson with Leo. We talked about the\u00a0plan of salvation and the Bush’s kids helped teach the lesson. Bro.\u00a0Bush gave Leo a ride and I guess on the way home Leo was going on\u00a0about how much he felt his faith was being strengthened by what he has\u00a0been learning. He is one of those people we call ‘dry mormons’. I feel\u00a0like it is only a matter of time before he decides to be baptized. Oh\u00a0I just love seeing people grow in the gospel. \u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n

But I guess the biggest change that this week is coming to is the fact\u00a0that Sister Jorgensen is going home on Wednesday!! And Transfers are\u00a0TOMORROW!! I found out that I get to finish the Texas leg of my\u00a0mission here in Wylie!!! I am SO excited! I get to have Thanksgiving\u00a0here with the people I am so eternally grateful to have met(: I’m\u00a0going to miss Sister J sooo much!! But I’m happy for her and her\u00a0family to be 🎶”reunited and it feels so good!”🎶 but I’m SO nervous\u00a0to get a new companion and take over the area! Ahh no pressure right?!\u00a0Lol keep praying for me! 😘 (annndddd only 3 more weeks until I report\u00a0to the MTC!! Ahhhh! I’m so excited!!<\/p>\n

Today we went out to FroyYo with the lovely Solis famiky(: I just\u00a0adore them! They surprised us by singing “Oh Holy Night” for us\u00a0outside of OrangeLeaf and I just lost it.. It was so beautiful and\u00a0unexpected the spirit was so strong and powerful that the tears just\u00a0flowed.. I love them so much. They’ve taught me so much in the short\u00a0time I’ve been here!<\/p>\n

We were also able to visit the Barch family last night. They are one\u00a0of those families that just make you feel so loved and at home. I\u00a0adore them SO much!! I’ve met so many incredible people that have\u00a0changed and influenced my life so much already! What a change this\u00a0experience has made to my life, in just the 3 short months that I’ve\u00a0been on my mission! This gospel is so true, I love it with my whole\u00a0heart. I can’t even imagine my life without the truths of the gospel.\u00a0I am even more amazed at the love of our Eternal Father who is always
\nreaching out and guiding us. His love is so real!\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n
